CALISTHENICS :
Take some times off your schedule and flex muscle.
The effects of exercise on the well-being of an individual cannot be overemphasized. What sunshine is to flowers, exercise is to such man that shall bloom like a nourished plant by d river side.
Finding time to exercise is the major excuse most of us tender. Time is money, really,  so is any itch in your health, which can gulp fund haphazardly without prior notification. Why not just pay little - time to wake out a desirable healthy living for yourself by exerting pressure that knocks health into your body.  This can be done at work or at leisure.
Push-ups, planks, jumping jacks are a few doable muscle -stretching moves your body and soul require to act well.
